On-Prem App Form

Please log in to your USPS Account in order to access the On-Prem App Form. 

If you do not have a USPS Business Account (this includes users with only a personal account), please create a USPS Business Account using the USPS Customer Onboarding Portal (COP).

If you already have a USPS Business Account, please log in to access the On-Prem App Form. 

Note: If your Software Provider or Plug-in does not request a USPS Account Number for postage or contract pricing, then you may exit the COP process when payment information is requested and add it later if needed.
